Amazing experience. Owner and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Bourbon is fantastic! Well worth getting off the beaten path!

We stopped by General George Stillhouse during our motorcycle road trip and had an outstanding experience. Travis gave us a tour and was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain the entire distilling process, answered all of our questions, and made us feel genuinely welcome.

The tasting room was excellent, with a great variety of delicious things to sample. You can tell Travis is passionate about what he does, and that passion made the experience even more enjoyable.

Thank you, Travis, for your hospitality and for making our visit so memorable. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Kentucky!

Booked a tour to take my boyfriend for his birthday today, and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience meeting Travis & Danielle and sampling the wine, gin, vodka and bourbon they have to offer! We’ve been on many bourbon tours along the trail, but the small town feel of this one and the personable staff here made this our favorite- even surpassing the big guys. Learning this distillery is located on land formerly owned by George Washington and that Travis takes the time to bottle and label his product makes this such a special experience. If you’re wanting to take a day trip up to KY, this is WELL worth the drive! I couldn’t recommend it more and we will definitely be back!
